To Let Go of Emotions or Unwanted Thoughts

Full warning, this is kind of a gross spell. Get a jar. Now, you can collect your tears or your spit or both in the jar. Feel your feels and let loose. Think those unwanted thoughts and spit them out. You can do this once, or for overkill you can do this for nine consecutive days. Once you have the contents of your jar, seal it up tightly and throw it away.
